Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:15pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to accept the minutes of April 23, 2012. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
- The Board reviewed the letter from the ATB notifying them that, due to the volume of requests for findings of facts, an additional three month period from May 10, 2012 is required for the promulgation of the report.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Warrants:
- 2012 Commitment 99 in the amount of $4,310.00
- 2012 Commitment 03 in the amount of $60,647.42
- 2012 Re-commitment 03A in the amount of $555.00
- 2011Commitment 09 in the amount of $62.50
- 2011 Re-commitment 07A in the amount of $57.50
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2011 Abatements in the amount of $6.46
- 2012 Abatements in the amount of $2,964.62
The Board reviewed and signed a request for an 8 of 58 approval to abate a real estate bill. A property was assessed twice, once as a separate parcel and again as part of another parcel.
The Board was informed of the Tighe and Bond updates to the maps with the plan of lands submitted in 2011. They were also informed of the information received regarding GIS maps online and adding layers to the maps that other departments may need, and also linking our Vision database to the maps online.
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday June 18, 2012 at 4:15pm
ADJOURN: At 4:54pm, a motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
